We treat coffee like the growers do — small batches, seasonal beans, a slow bar. The pour over changes with the month's roaster. The espresso gets tasted every morning. Nothing sits on a burner. Nothing gets pre-syruped.

Bespoke bevs are how we got here. Tell us what you like — mellow, punchy, chocolatey, herbal — and we build it. Half the menu was invented at the counter with a regular. The other half is a rotating cast of housemade seasonal syrups: rhubarb, cardamom, lemonade in July, brown butter in December.

Come in, take the alley entrance, look for the crescent moon sign. Stay awhile.
